    Boy sway without while milk

I’ve given up dairy and previously I was a huge milk drinker. I still eat cheese and yogurt but I don’t drink whole milk. I have three girls without swaying and I would drink a glass of milk with my meals. I currently don’t eat breakfast, so my struggle is going to be getting that meal in. I could eat a bowl of Cheerios or Honey bunches of oats in the morning but without using while milk should I eliminate eating cereal all together? I drink almond milk now but read it may sway pink so is oat milk better or do I need to just find another quick breakfast item??

It's fine to limit dairy if you would like, even though I don't believe it sways pink at all (and got my boys doing tons of dairy and gave it up to get my girl) It's your sway, your way! You can have cheerios with almond milk or oat milk, whichever you prefer. It was the women drinking LOTS of almond milk and other milk replacers that got girls, and I do still allow it in moderation for whoever wants to use it.
