Hi dear Atomic,
I decided to add CoQ 10 to my supplements which are (multivitamin, probiotics, omega3, folic acid, and vitamin D - all with your recommended doses). I found this CoQ10 it also has vitamin C (25 mg) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin 1.4 mg) as well as 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. Here is the link for it if you would like to take a look

Is that one ok? And should my husband add it to his supplements too?
(DH currently takes magnesium, multivitamin for men, omega 3, probiotics, l’arginine, and sometimes Carnitine but not regularly like the other supplements)
He also takes hair supplements that contain:
420 mg silica (196 mg silica), zinc 5 mg (50% DRI), manganese 2 mg (100% DRI), selenium 55 (g (100% DRI), biotin 37.5 (g (75% DRI).
Does he add CoQ10?
And if he is has to choose between Larginine and Carnitine which would you recommend he sticks to?
Thank you in advance for all your helpLast edited by Nora Aaron; January 28th, 2022 at 03:54 AM.

Yes, that coq10 is ok.
If hubby wants coq10 can be good for him as well.
Arginine and carnitine work together. I don't have the data to say which is better on their own.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Still no luck, AF showed up. But also yesterday I stopped breastfeeding my 2 year old son completely. I don’t know if it will up my chances now that I stopped breastfeeding (I was ovulating normally as far as I know because I’d always get the smiley face on clear blue opk).
I really hope for twins. Twin boys or Boy/Girl Twins. I heard this supplement helps with ovulation and it is over the counter one not like Clomid that needs prescription. Here it is

Do you think it is ok that I take this one?
And if you don’t like it, is there any supplement you recommend over the counter one that can help with producing more than one egg?Last edited by Nora Aaron; February 17th, 2022 at 08:12 AM.

That supplement sways strongly pink and doesn't make twins anyway. Anyone who says it does is saying that only because the people who take it have PCOS, and PCOS leads to more twins being conceived. Plus, if you take that when you don't need to, it can delay or even stop ovulation.
In fact, NONE of the over the counter supplements work for "swaying twin" in any reliable way and most of them have risks and side effects that make them worse than nothing. Sometimes people have twins, but I have seen probably a thousand people taking things to have twins and they don't work.
Many people have asked me to make a "sway twin" plan but when I went and did research into all these various things, none of them worked reliably. I don't want to take money for something I don't believe in so I didn't make that plan.
The only thing that works for making more twins is Clomid or Femara (or stronger drugs than that, which are injectible). Otherwise, these things just don't work in any appreciable way.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
