Those look great to me! I do generally recommend a DHA or Omega 3 supplement but if you're eating fish 2x a week and a fair amount of red meat if you don't want to take it you can get by without it, as long as you're not eating a lot of vegetable oil.

I would add in probiotics for your husband and 500 mg arginine, 1000 mg carnitine if he will take it. He can also take the Omega 3 supplements if you get them.

    Thank you so much Atomic!

Do I add 500 mg arginine, 1000 mg carnitine for me too? Or just for my husband?

No just for your husband on those two. Women should avoid them

    Ok, thank you!

Another question please if you don't mind, the only Omega 3 I found here where I live is a vegetarian brand which I would like to run through you to make sure it is safe for me to take while ttc a boy.

    It says:
    About the product:
Heart Omega 3 Vegan contains natural omega-3 fatty acids from algae, including EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vegan does not contain iodine and can also be taken by breastfeeding and for pregnant women.

    Table of Contents:
Algae oil (Schizochytrium sp.), Modified corn starch,
glycerol, sunflower oil, gelling agent (carrageenan),
extract rich in vitamin E, ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract,
    sodium carbonate.

    Content per 1 capsule
    Algae oil: 500mg
    Of which
    Omega-3: 250mg
    Of which:
    EPA: 83.3mg
    DHA: 166.6mg

    Recommended Dosage:
1-2 capsules daily in connection with a meal, swallowed whole with liquid

    Hello Atomic

I know it has been a long time, but here I am again ready to pick up where we left I have couple questions if you would kindly help me with them...

    1. What is the dosage that my husband and I should be taking daily of Omega 3? The one we use contains 1000 mg in one capsule, of which omega 3 640 mg, EPA 320 mg, DHA 230 mg . Do we take one or two per day? And should it be every other day or every day?

P.S. he wouldn't take the probiotics or arginine or carnitine

    2. Does my husband need to take Vitamin D? If yes, what is the dosage for him? What he is taking now all in all is

    Magnesium 400 mg
    Calcium 200 mg
    Multivitamin for men
    Omega 3 1000 mg

    What I am taking is
    Prenatal vitamin
    Folic acid 2000 (prenatal included)
    vitamin D 1000
    Omega 3 1000 mg

Thank you so much for all the help and support

I prefer you stick to 500 mg. So if you have one that is 1000 you can take that every other day.

Is there vitamin D in his multi?

You can take probiotics too if you're willing. just not arginine and carnitine for ladies.

    1. Yes, his multivitamin has 10 µg of Vitamin D. Is that enough for him?

    2. The probiotics for me, also every other day like the Omega 3, or daily?

    3. He will take probiotics too, so does he take that daily or every other day?
