    Probiotics

    Which type of probiotic is better for a boy sway?
    Liquid based like yakult fermented milk
    Or something like chewable acidophilus tablets. Does it matter which type?

    On an unrelated note, does it harm a boy sway if I am a little overweight? I think my BMI is around 27 due to failing to shift baby weight from 3 years ago. Husband is also overweight and we were smaller when last conceived a boy.

    Of note my diet I believe is full of nutrients, just too many of them re: portions versus the amount of exercise I do which is moderate rather than intense

    It is best for blue to find the pills that you actually swallow whole and then they pass through your stomach and open up in the intestines. Yakult and chewable acidophilus will populate the top part of the digestive system and not the lower part, since most of them will get killed by stomach acid. So they'll live in your throat and mouth but not in your intestines where we need them to be.

    As long as you can hold steady where you are and not gain more, that's ok for blue. I would suggest possibly having your hubby lose a bit as we have seen more girls conceived to chubby hubbies.

    Lucky I asked! Those kinds of probiotics obviously don't do much as probiotics

    Oh no I'm scared now. I thought I could pull off a decent sway from the DW point of view and that this would compensate for anything DH wise. He was overweight when we conceived DS just more so now. How much do you think it matters?

    It's minor. Yes I agree it's best to focus on what we can control. I mention it because you asked, and it is something we could tweak, but it's no biggie if he won't cooperate.
