    Husband Jogging

    My husband is in law enforcement and is preparing to return to the academy next month. He will have to run daily at the academy and would like to start preparing now as he doesn’t jog often. Is this going to be harmful to our sway? If so, is there someway to make it less harmful? I realize that is probably a dumb question. Lol. We have not decided yet if we are going to start TTC in Sept or Oct. Thanks!

    Jogging may sway somewhat pink, but if he has to do that for work there's no getting around it. I would just focus on the other elements of swaying. None of this stuff alone has but a very small effect, so if you can't do a particular thing, just skip that and rely on the other stuff to carry the day.

    If he is able to sleep in the nude or in very loose fitting pants it may help him to still make a lot of healthy sperm.
