Walking
I haven’t been recently but I usually try to make sure that I get my 10,000 steps in everyday. Is this not okay for a boy sway? I’m also doing a full body kickboxing workout 3 days per week.

I would cut that walking down to about half that and not do the walking on days you did the kickboxing.
