    Hi Atomic...

    It's been some time now I got really stressed out with it not working for me was feeling really tired and deflated also got few colds in which didnt help with diet and exercise.

    Back on it now and hoping to attempt next month.. monitoring ovalution which I think is about day 14. When would you plan to bed and what pattern. I may have been doing to many attempts before actual O.

    I have tried to stay on diet as much as I can still dont slip breakfast and have meats etc... taking all the vitamins still.

    Aweome! I hope you're feeling better now and great job keeping up the diet and supplements.

    You really did a pretty good job on attempts - I would just maybe have you drop one or two of the earlier ones and replace with ones closer to O. But your amount and timing are really truly what I LIKE to see people doing.

    Regarding regular sex before O would you recommend unprotected sex leading up to O??

    I do recommend unprotected sex. Timing doesn't work, and some evidence indicates that exposure to your hubby's semen may sway blue, and also that it raises fertility for both you and him.

    Unprotected all the time (of course if you do not want to try that month you'd need to use protection). The hormones in the semen may help.

    Ok thank you.

    Also wanted to ask things like coconut water should I have that through out or only certain days of the month. I do drink alot of water including lemon water through out the day. Thought coconut water helps??

    The same with cough medicine previous months I think I have taken too much... shall I include it this month or leave it out?? To be honest dont think it increase mucus for me at all.

    Both of those things are completely at your discretion. If you feel they're causing more harm than good (with the cough syrup) fine to leave out. And the coco water is just a way to add some extra potassium (which personally, I don't even think helps with a sway beyond simply just eating a healthy diet) without adding a lot of extra calories. Many people load up on fruit juices trying to get potassium, but juice can have a lot of cals. So coco water is just an option for people trying to get potassium while not going overboard with calories. If you don't need it, you dont' need to have it.

    Ok great. Yes this is what I was trying to avoid fruit juices because of calories and weight gain.

    So we started our attempts yesterday which was CD9 thinking next one at Cd11 which is today, CD12, CD14 & CD15 if all goes to plan.

    How does this look?? Do you think i should miss cd12 and add cd 13 instead?? Then every other day after cd 15 incase of delay O.
