Also I've heard alot about cough medicine before doing attempt? Do you have any thoughts on this?

Yes, I recommend guaifenesin starting 5 days before you expect to ovulate and going 3 days after. DO NOT use the kind of cough medicine with any other ingredients, though as they may sway pink.

Ok I have bought one already I can show you a picture of it to make sure it's the right one.
Also how much folic acid should I take? I've notice that centrum has 300ug in it and I also take seprate tablet which has 400ug. Is this too much combined?

Yes or just list the active ingredients.
I like blue swayers to take at least 1200-1600 and if you're doing green tea, Ural/baking soda drink/COT (which I do not recommend) then up this to 2000. Take this all thru the first trimester, then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them!!! Questions?? Is that 1200-1600 of folic acid??
The ingredients is 100mg/5ml syrup guaifenesin each 5mg contains 100mg guaifenesin also says contains ethanol, glucose and sucrose.
Is this one ok??

Ok great thank you for the help.
Also I'm struggling to have bed time snack as I feel too full from the day some days.
Does it sound like I'm having enough to eat?
Tea and shredded wheat with full fat milk for breakfast
Mid morning banana handful almonds and walnuts
Lemon water through out day and coconut water
Lunch whole wheat bread with salmon x2 eggs spinach and mushrooms with apple juice.
Mid afternoon dark choc or sometimes juice or coconut water
Evening meal spaghetti bolognese.
I dont let myself get hungry which is good thing right?

Atomic I feel very nervous about my attempt this month as I have only been taking probiotics for about week due to not finding the right one.
Ovalution is around 16th.

The probiotics are a minor concern, no one's sway rises or falls on them. It is your choice but I would not have you skip a month for that.
