Ok I can add more.
Also the first thing I have in the morning is cup of tea with milk it's only about 1 hour later I can have cereal this can be oats with mixed of nuts or shredded wheat and other cereals I mix it up everyday. Is this ok.. I find it hard to wake up and eat straight away.

That's fine, if you really need to wait an hour that's not a dealbreaker at all.
Yes any of those cereals is great!!! The only things you should limit/avoid are the sugary ones or else those that are pure carbs with basically no nutrient content (like corn flakes or rice crispies).

So AF arrived today.
Not sure how I feel... it wasnt my best month of attempts.
Guessing O was on CD 15 which we didnt attempt anyway.
I wont be using ovalution sticks this month just want to go with the flow, based on my app says o is on cd 12-15 so will try and go for as many attempt within this time a few before and some after.
Does this sound ok?

I'd err on the side of CD11 or even CD 10 as well rather than after. Fine to do it that way provided that the apps have been reliable for you. OPK are such pains in the rear to use.

Sorry do you meant attempt on CD 11 and CD 10 for this month?
I'm not sure regarding the app but guess it's all guessing game and I think ovalution causes alot of stress for me especially if they are not reliable anyway.

Yes, my point is start sooner rather than going after the point you usually ovulate (tho if you can, you can go after, too.) Be sure you've got attempts in before ovulation.

Hi Atomic,
Over last few months if not more I've noticed less cm mucus why would this be?? Would it be the diet and supplements but thought this produces more.
I did drop coq10 which I will hopefully add back in next few days.

It's supposed to produce more. Give me a brief rundown of what you're taking.
Are you drinking a lot of green tea? Taking a higher than average dose of B Vitamins? EPO? Flaxseed?

I dont take any of that or drink any green tea at all.
I only drink normal english tea with whole milk.
Vitamins probiotics, womens multivitamins, x3 400ug folic acid, omega3 tablet every other or every two day gap. Was taking coq10 but stopped few months ago.
Foods, chicken, eggs salmon, red meat beef and lamb, potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, spinach, bananas, blueberries oranges, apples, pears, grapes, dark choc, nuts almonds cashews nuts walnuts. Cereal whole wheat based, oats. Drink lemon water 1 cup everyday and also 1 cup of coconut water if I can. I have butter, dairy cheese yogurt and blueberries as snack hummus and crackers.
Was watching my weight so started to cut back on snacks.
