Ok I will still attempt also i thought my ovalution would be around 16th... but I've noticed discharge yesterday and more today could it be early? I dont use ovulation kits so only going by this.

So I did attempt yesterday night... really confused about timing now when is best to next attempt. I keep really attempt should be few days before ovalution like 5 days before then 3 days and one attempt on ovulation please clarify?

You can get EWCM for many days before O. That's why I suggest using ovulation kits, is because you DO NOT only get EWCM on the day of ovulation (in fact many of us notice CM before O and then it dries up on O Day.)

It depends on how concerned you are about timing. If you want timing, you need to use OPK. If you don't care about timing then you can have an attempt every day for now and then try to sneak in another one closer to O.

Yes you can do this as long as you're not aiming for Shettles timing. That's how most of us with all boys got our boys - regular sex prior to O and then 2-5 attempts around O.

Ok so I did another attempt yesterday night so that's 2 days before ovalution and then another attempt 1 days before ovulation. Today is my ovalution day so I will try again that's 3 attempts. Do you suggest another after this?

Yes in case of delayed O.

so far I have BD 2days before O, 1 day before O, BD on O, didnt get chance to yesterday *1day after O. Hoping to BD today which will be 2 days after O incase of delayed O.

Does this sound ok?? Or would another attempt be good after today?

Yes that's likely great. There's really never any harm in having an extra attempt. Though I doubt it's necessary I would still try to have one if possible.

Also how long do you stay on the he diet and supplements for?

I think you guys had a great attempt! I can never say "oh yes you have a guarantee" but I am very happy with what you guys did.

You need to stay on the diet and supplements all the time. You can't go off them in the 2WW. At BFP, you can eat more normally again but you must not diet or cut way back on food intake. I would continue the supps (except for coq10 which you can wean off at BFP)
