Ok thank you for the support. We did get another attempt in yesterday.
I'm quiet happy with staying on the diet its maybe more the amount of food I'm having. Regarding coq I wasnt taking these supplements. Only multi vits, probiotic, fish oils and folic acids.
So i will continue to take these even though pregnancy?

You need to stay on multivitamin or prenatal all through pregnancy.
Probiotic is great to take during pregnancy.
Fish oil 500 mg or 1000 every other day is beneficial to baby.
Folic acid should be continued at higher dose all thru the first tri and then gradually weaned back to the amount in prenatal.

Ok I will continue with as you have mentioned.
Now to wait and see if our attempts worked.
I have been feeling slight cramps and bloating feeling for last week and half lower back pain.. maybe this is too early for symptoms? Or I'm over thinking it.

You generally won't feel pregnancy symptoms till 7DPO at the earliest, but sometimes it can be that in cycles where you have a lot of symptoms, you're very hormonal and more likely to see it end in conception.

It takes an average of 3-6 months to fall pregnant. Please don't feel too deflated, sometimes it takes a few months.
I do like to see you guys on 100 mg coq10. Those are def. ok just take one in the morning and one at night.

I feel abit better now think was just the intial shock of everything I did not working.
I was nervous about exercise and not doing enough so I will make sure I make effort to continue doing this aleast 3 times a week. Continue with HE diet.
Can I check with probiotics I'm taking as these are the only ones I can get not much choice and I'm running out soon need to get some more. They say max strength.Screenshot_20210201-190740_Photos.jpgScreenshot_20210201-190745_Photos.jpg

Atomic, how much folic acid should we be taking in the first trimester? I’ve attached the supplement facts of the nature made vitamins I’m currently taking.

The probiotics and Nature made are both fine.
I prefer you guys to take 800-1200 mcg folic acid if you're not drinking green tea or baking soda drink, ASG, Ural, that sort of thing (I don't recommend any of those things but just in case) if you are doing them, you would need more like 2000 mcg folic acid or folate.
