    I'm taking 1500ug of folic acids in total.
    300ug is in the multivitamins and I take x3 additional folic acid tablets which have 400ug in each. Is that ok??

    Yes. Take that all thru the first trimester and then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further apart till down to the amount in the prenatal.

    Do you have link to HE diet foods just want to make sure I am following this right.

    Also could not get hold of probiotics I was taking before but have these they are the same brand. Hope they are ok??

    Great thank you.

    I've add coq10 to my supplements now.

    So far I have exercised 3 days this week which I have stuck too.. I do a day then miss a day.. push ups squats and few strength based work outs. I try and walk everyday for aleast 20mins if not more. Does this sound ok??

    Thanks Atomic means alot having support.

    Also bed time snacks I sometimes have gronula and yougurt but if I'm too full from the day I have some dark chocolate, or crackers and hummus, salted pretzels or rice cakes, banana chips dry, snickers chocolate depending on how full iam. Do these bed time snack seem ok??

    What do you suggest as protein and carbs snack.. I think because I'm too full at that point find it hard to have something more than what I'm having. I'm eating every 2 hours in the day never let myself get hungry.

    So I have dry fruit nearly every day is that too much example I have hand full of almonds or walnuts with breakfast?
    Also the only milk I have is in cereal or tea nothing else really.

    Hi Atomic... wonder if you could help me I tracked ovalution this month from day 12 till 17th... and I only for 2 dark lines on the 13th the rest was all one dark line and other being faint line. Could I have only ovulated on the 13th as the rest of days the lines were faint?

    I should of tested again from the 17th onwards but didnt have anymore tests.
