Thank you fingers crossed for BFP
Hi Atomic
Period has come this morning so didnt work for us again this month. I was sure with the number of attempts it would but guess wasnt our month.
Also since trying this was our third cycle around the 17th till 21st I had alot of lower back pain and cramps is it possible that I could be ovalutiing late. I didn't test after the 17th as the line was alot fainter.
If this is just period pains it's really strange as I never got period pains before my period is always after so unsure why I'm getting these symptoms 1 or 2 weeks before my period now.
I have attached my ovalution test, i tested twice on 15. we attempted 12,13,15,16,18 cycle is 28 exactly as my last period was 1st of march and today Is the 29th march and I've come on.
When do you think I ovulated??Attachment 43272
Yes, it's possible to ovulate late, but given that your period came on the 28th day I'm suspecting you Oed CD 14-16 somewhere in there.
That having been said, your tests were a bit light, so it could be (but is not terribly likely) you ovulated later and then had a short LP, but that's pretty unusual to O late, have a short LP, and yet still end up getting your period on the 28th day. That would mean your O would have to be delayed by the exact amount of days your LP was shortened by, and that's pretty unlikely a coincidence. Especially since your tests were not positive then.
It is not unusual to get cramping about a week after ovulation though. There are two reasons for this. One is that you did conceive, it started to implant, but then chromosomally something was not right and your period came as expected (this is also called a chemical pregnancy). The implantation process sometimes triggers cramps even when the pregnancy doesn't work out. Additionally, you can simply have cramps at that point because your body releases a surge of hormones about a week after ovulation that helps the lining to stay stuck for another week. Many women (myself included) have low back pain and cramps at this point.
I would do much the same as you did this last time. It just wasn't the month.
Yes I thought the same the test were light so was hard to see which day ovalution actually was.. if was the 14 I didnt attempt that night.. but did the day before and after.
Hoping I can test til later this month.
Thanks for explaining about the cramps just so strange as it doesnt normally happen so got me thinking. Which also makes exercise hard around this time and AF time as lower back and pelvis pain happens.
I will start testing ovalution from 8th right up to postive ovalution and will continue further more days.
We often notice changes in our cycle and symptoms when swaying. Generally we consider it a good sign!
That's good to know thank you.
I've had to stock up on supplements but I could only get co q10 200mg is this dose ok? How many do I need to take a day?
I've put some weight on so trying to walk daily and exercise 15 to 20mins 3 times a week would this be ok?
Yes that's fine, just take one a day of the coq10
Yes that's completely within the parameters for blue sway exercise.
If you're gaining weight you don't want to be gaining watch out for fruit juice, dry fruit, bread, pasta, etc.
Thank you I think it's been dry fruit for me so I have cut down as I noticed I was having too much.
Is gronula blueberries and yougurt a ok snack to have??
So this month I'm predicting ovalution on CD 12
Based on AF came on 29th finished and finished on 2nd.
If I start testing and attempts CD 8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and maybe few after this due to late ovalution. How does this look? Do you think attempts on 8 and 9 are too early?
Tested again. Is this postive? Attachment 43285
It's ok for blue, but is pretty sweet so it may be something to keep an eye on if weight gain continues.
I would do every other day at first (unless you get a positive OPK in the meantime). Like 8, 10, 12,13,14 if you expect to O on CD 14. If you think you'll O more like CD 12, then you'd do 8, 10, 11, 12.
