Ok thanks for the great advice.

I feel as though I'm not as stressed about everything I'm eating.. aslong as I still eat the boy sway stuff protein, salmon eggs and all stuff you have mentioned before. Trying to maintain weight and not over eat which was what I was doing.

Not sure he is willing to have one. Do you think he should?

Is there anything eles we should try?

Do you think we should reduce the number of attempts to 3 cd12,cd13 and cd14 to get best chance.

In many cases, when we're seeing trouble conceiving when you're having really good attempts that goes on and on, we end up learning that the husband has very low sperm count.

As long as he's cleaning the pipes every 2-4 days if you want to reduce the number of attempts to three that is fine, but my concern is if you ovulate sooner or later you can get burned by going off cycle days. Cycle days are a notoriously bad way to plan for attempts because they can and do change, even in seemingly normal cycles ovulation often shifts a day or two in either direction leaving you without three attempts.

Just keep trying and eventually you'll luck your way into having the attempts at the right time.

Hi Atomic... I took a little break as the swaying was getting to much for me and I also gained weight. I feel alot better about everything.

Just wanted to check if I'm ok to skip snacks if I'm full enough from meals as I think this was resulting to the weight gain.

Also feel like dairy and breads pasta are causing my IBS to flair up so I'm cutting back on these is that ok? Still very much on HE diet chicken eggs red meat etc.

Yes absolutely if you are full between meals (and you are eating protein and carbs in every meal) you don't need to snack.

As long as you're having SOME carbs iwth your protein and NOT eating a very low carb diet - so some fruit and veg instead of bread/pasta that's fine. And getting some animal fat from somewhere - which you are in the meats/eggs.
