What multivitamins?

We are very far from convinced that sheer amount of CM matters. It may be that it's quality over quanitity (indeed, a lot of women with all daughters are reporting a lot of CM, and with at least one of my boys, I had NO visible CM and didn't even realize I'd ovulated!) So I would not really worry about this regardless but I do want to make sure that there's nothing we need to fix.

ARe you taking guaifenesin in the fertile week?

It's the centrum womens multivitamins I have been taking for ages now.

Regarding guaifenesin I was taking for a few months but didnt seem like it was producing more.. maybe I was taking to much. I can try again this week as its fertile week and have started attempt had one last night which is cd 7, hoping next one cd 9, cd11, cd12,cd 13, cd14.

Hope I can keep this up if I was to drop one do you think cd11?

How do you suggest taking it like on which days and how much to take?

Actually, I think you should drop the CD 14 one if you MUST drop one. That way if you ovulate sooner at least you're covered. See if you can manage CD 11, 12, 13.

So cd14 is showing ovalution on my app... of course I know this may not be right.

I was trying to cover if I o was on cd12 or 13 and then get the 14 in if it was on cd 14.

Right, but you won't be covered very well if you O on CD 12, if you don't have attempt CD 11! You will still be covered CD 14 even if you can't get attempt that day. It's your call to make but I would err on the side of the CD 11 attempt because CD 14 cannot help with CD 12 or 13, and CD 11 can.

Also I couldnt get the guaifenesin cough medicine on it's own everything had something eles with it and I'm sure you have said to get the one with guaifenesin only is that correct?

I will try again later today or tomorrow but might be too late to take it??

And also CD 11? That would be my plan, but of course you should do what feels right to you.

No, it's not too late, this is when most people start using it.

We attempted cd 7 so far and will tonight cd9... I could miss 10 and do cd 11 12,13 hopefully 14 aswell. Does this look ok?

Yes that's just fine.

That cough syrup is absolutely fine too. Those other things are present in very small amounts, only for flavor, and don't sway. The only ACTIVE ingredient is the guaifenesin.
