Hi Atomic
So bedding didnt go to plan or what I wanted.
DH was called to a family emergency out of town on friday which would of been cd12 so I missed this day and cd13 and cd14. Hes back today cd15 but guess this is too late.
We only managed cd7, cd9 and cd11 which is not good is it with the number of attempts.
What do you think??

I got some of my boys with that sort of timing. You never know until a couple weeks pass what the outcome will be. Good luck and blue dust headed your way!

No if you're pregnant it's a done deal, you can normalize on diet and exercise at this point.
If you're taking just the normal vitamins we recommend here on the site and haven't added anything I don't know about then yes just continue on all thru pregnancy. The exception is coq10, you can wean off that one if you're taking it. Continue the extra folic acid or folate till the end of the first trimester and only then wean off back to the amount in your prenatal.
You don't need to continue the full HE Diet when pregnant but please don't suddenly go on a crash diet. You need to eat a normal, healthy pregnancy diet. Some people think they should starve themselves when pregnant to take off any weight they gained on the HE Diet but that is a very very bad idea because boys need more nutrients all through pregnancy.
Exercise is at your discretion. It is ok to exercise during pregnancy but a lot of us (myself included) never feel up to it. Your choice on that.

Ok thank you thought it would be best to check with you.
Yes taking everything you have said.. I can send a list to check again?
All all these aches and pains normal at this stage dont remember having this with my other pregnancy with the girls.
Feel very nervous about this attempt as wasnt my best month compared to previous I know it is what it is... have you seen many boys with the attempts I had?

Yes sure just to be on the safe side.
Yes aches and pains in early pregnancy are very normal. Many of us noticed this got worse with later pregnancies than early ones.
Yes you had a good level of attempts for blue! Good job!

These are what I'm taking and have done for over a year now.
The only one I stopped and started was coq10.. last attempt was taking it.
Vitamins- probiotics, womens centrum multivitamins, plus x3 400ug folic acid, omega3 tablet every other or every two day gap. coq10 nearly finished these on my last two tablets.
Ok thanks Atomic :) he’s been away so we’ve also had a massive gap in between BD - not going to plan much lol I’m about to buy more Coq10 pills, stick to 100mg? They seem easier to get in higher...
