    Blue sway - mucas

    Hi can I have some help please.

    I've already had my period this month and normally I ovulate around 22nd or 23rd.. but i came on early this month. I had two days of watery and one day of sticky only little amount. I normally have the different discharge stages so this is when I know I'm ovalutiing but this month and last I've had alot less.

    Why would this be?
    Would this be due to the diet??

    The diet should help you be making MORE mucus, not less.

    I'm only taking multivitamins the centrum brand folic acids and fish oils every 2-3 days as the dose was high. I havent yet started taking probiotics as I couldn't find the right one so still looking.

    I have noticed it's much less than before.

    No green tea at all.

    All I drink is normal tea with milk 2 or 3 times a day, lemon water, coconut water, apple juice and orange juice and water.

    Ok thank you. So drinks already mentioned.

    Oatmeal (rolled oaks here) for breakfast with honey almonds raisins and walnuts. Other cereals are all wheat based shredded wheat.
    Bread is wholemeal seeded
    Lunches eggs adding spinach mushroom cheese sometimes with bread, tomotoe soups. Left overs pastas chicken etc..
    Dinner normally chicken or red meat sometimes cod fish, pasta pizza homemade chicken and mushrooms leek pie with vegetables. Try add chicken in every meal.

    What foods would you suggest for the fat? I can try to add these in.

    I do have cheese, butter for food mainly cooking also eat alot of nuts almonds walnuts etc. Also only have dark chocolate when I want something sweet.

    4-6 eggs a week, avocado, keep going with the cheese, butter, and nuts. Oily fish like salmon 2x a week and olive oil is also good too.
