Weaning supplements
Hi Atomic
I'm now 12dpo and pregnancy tests still getting darker!
Please can you advise how I should wean the following supplements?
1. Probiotics
2. Fish oil (still on 500mg per day)
3. Folic acid (still on 2000ug per day)
4. Centrum one a day (I presume I should move over onto a pregnancy multivitamin - any in particular to go for or avoid? (I'm in the UK)).
Thanks so much!

Probiotics can be continued until you run out if you want and there's not such an issue with weaning off those anyway.
Fish oil can be continued or wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week then you can drop them.
Centrum is ok to continue if you want or else gradually shift over to a prenatal that has very similar nutrient breakdown by taking the new one, one day a week, then 2 days, then 3, then by the time you've taken 4 per week you can switch over totally.!!! 2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
