That is way too high a dose of cod liver oil. Please wean off that right away. You may cause yourself serious harm taking that much.
The Vitamin D is fine.
Your multivitamin is ok, but I would prefer one without the gingerroot and cranberry. It's not terrible, if you want to continue them (there are WAYYY worse supps than this one!) but it's just not my preference.
I would not have your husband taking Shilajit.
I am getting too many hits for the Mary Ruth vitamins, is it specifically "Liquid Morning"?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi Atomic,
So can you please take a look at these and let me know
Ritual:

Thorne:

And any reason to stay off the shilajit? I just thought it increases testosterone. I was also taking Shilajit but once you said not to I stopped.
And did the probiotics seem ok to you? Both husband and I take them.Vegetarian Dreaming of a baby boy*2018* *First Pregnancy*

The Ritual vitamin is lacking many nutrients in it.
The Thorne vitamins have too high doses of many nutrients in them.
Yes, the reason to stay off the shilajit is because it is not tested, I have not seen anyone taking it to tell if they had any issues or if they had girls or boys, and because testosterone is just a theory, a theory that really has very little in the way of support backing it up. Testosterone swaying blue is something that sounds good on paper to us because we all think "hmm, testosterone = men so it must sway blue" but the truth is, it's never been studied at all really. The theories that center around it are based not on actual science but on personality tests and those were done in WOMEN not men. Observationally, we have seen GOBS of men who were on steroids and other weightlifting supplements that raised their testosterone through the roof, that had girl after girl. Testosterone when it's too high can actually lower sperm count. So on the whole, unless I have seen a lot of people using a supplement to good effect, I do not and will not recommend it because not only are there tons of potential effects any given herb can have, testosterone itself is no guarantee of a boy.
Probiotics are great, I highly recommend them.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

First of all, let me reassure you - unless you were drinking or using large amounts of aspartame when pregnant, nothing you did caused your loss. Can you not get non-kelp iodine? I do not trust...
