Don't feel rested - what would this sway?

Hi, I don't feel rested the last few days my sleep has been affected as my daughter has a cold. Is this likely to affect a blue sway? I feel tired as i haven't been getting enough sleep and based on previous cycles i am due to ovulate very soon

Minor sleep disruptions that only last a few days are normal and likely do not sway. MAJOR sleep disruptions that go on for months may sway somewhat pink. But trust me, many of my boys were conceived with sleep disruptions like you're describing, it was only my girl that I was just plain exhausted for months on end.

Long story short this is normal, don't sweat it.

Thanks Atomic. I guess on reflection my general sleep pattern isnt that good the majority of time, I usually only average about 6.5 hours a night sometimes 6. I decided to skip this month as we felt exhausted so hoping to try next month and in the meantime will try get some more sleep!
