Hi Atomic! Not too sure if we’re going for another baby yet but I’m getting my research done already I was just reading the other ladies sways and I know veggies are important but coming winter I find it very hard to eat salads etc? Would soups be okay? Or I deffo need them salads veggies like lettuce cucumber etc? Also when it comes to cereals would granolas be best or the kids fortified cereals be okay? I don’t really like granolas I eat oatmeal but would eat them seeded cereals many thanks again!!!

Yes soups are just fine! Lettuce and cucumber are honestly not that great because they have low nutrients for a lot of chewing.

Whatever cereal you prefer AS LONG AS it's not things like Frosted Flakes or Rice Krispies, where it's just a shot of carbs without much else going on. If you end up eating something like that please be sure to eat something with protein alongside it.
