D-Aspartic Acid for Men: Blue Sway
Hi all,
I have read that D-Aspartic Acid helps with fertility issues for men. I did a search for it on the forum but could not see anything concrete. Are there any views on this supplement?
Thank you.

I don't recommend things that I haven't seen a fair number of people use and get boys on. This is because all chemicals potentially have dozens of effects and interactions that science doesn't understand (not to mention we don't honestly know what sways anyway, we're doing largely guesswork based on observation here, because the few studies that are done are nearly all based on theories that have been totally debunked with modern scientific knowledge) and so it is entirely, entirely possible that things that on paper "should" sway in a certain way, don't sway, or sway in the opposite direction.
Best example of this is probiotics, which were long said to sway pink because of "acidity". But pH stuff was completely debunked, it just cannot work, and when we tested it in our membership, it was clear that probiotics swayed hugely blue. So the 'theory' said one thing, but in reality the results were entirely different.
Long story short, I don't recommend it. Just taking anything and everything under the sun to raise testosterone does not work, because we see men in our observations who are weight lifters with sky high T levels who have all girls (this is a notorious thing amongst serious body builders, they have tons of daughters). I would have you stick with what we've observed to sway blue - carnitine, arginine, small amounts of coq10 and a couple other things - and I'll put that in your sway plan.

Thank you so very much, that is helpful. I came across a recent article hence posted the question, however, your feedback is most appreciated.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
