Successful blue sway

Hi everyone I wanted to start first thanking atomic sagebrush I donít think I could have done it without all her help, thanks so much atomic!
Well I ended up getting pregnant way earlier than I wanted - my DD is only 15 months and I am already 17 weeks pregnant- but Iíve started changing my diet soon after she was born so Iím sure that made all the difference!
But thatís really all Iíve done - change diet accordingly to Atomics advice (I found it all in here!) and taking centrum woman I havenít done timing, tracking ovulation, frequency or anything else (even because I wasnít planning to get pregnant so soon!) Only diet + centrum I do believe it all helps but diet is by far the most important thing in my opinion!
It was confirm at 13 weeks by NIPT that Iím having a little boy after 2 little angel girls
Thanks again Atomic sooner than expected but now my family is complete

Hi there all my life Iíd always skipped breakfast so I changed that - breakfast every morning, eggs or porridge or some toast with peanut butter and tea! Iíd also increased my protein intake a lot Iíve always been a big carbs eater so basically started eating protein in every meal. Those were the main changes for me! I kept drinking tea as I donít like coffee, soda water and fruit juices as per Atomics recommendation!

Question for OP. How many menstrual cycles did you have before conceiving and when did you change your diet?

I generally recommend waiting till 6 months after for pink swayers (because they are eating less and that's not good when still recovering from childbirth) but blue swayers feel free to start the HE Diet as soon as you give birth. It's overall healthier than many moms of all girls tend to eat anyway. You don't have to gain weight though (and in many cases most people will still be losing weight at that time.)

My daughter is 6 months old (today!) and I want to start the boy diet (I bought from you, atomic, thank you!!!) ASAP but I still want to lose 10lbs before conceiving so Iím not sure if I should start it but go smaller portions or get those last 10 gone then go all in when sheís about 12-15 months old.
