No, the caffeine is fine. Carry on doing just what you're doing. That's not the type of "blood sugar stuff" we worry about. As long as you're eating regularly that cannot be harming blood sugar levels at all.
Awesome! Do keep in mind that if that kettlebell is just too heavy there's always the possibility of starting off with lighter weights instead of going up quite that far. Sustainable achievable steps are the key to success!

Weights 20 mins solid
Yes that’s what I was thinking in my head is I want this to be sustainable long term so I’ve started doing the weights 20 mins a day 5 days/ week and row machine in there too. The 35lb won’t be too much since I’m used to lifting 50lb bags of feed and 60lb bales of hay!! And I figure I could probably get away with less reps if it’s too much. Ok good news on the caffeine since I’m really enjoy the tea! Also trying to find the “sweet spot” in my calorie intake to not gain or lose weight.
Animal saturated fat and protein is #1 priority, right? I think I was eating too many nuts and dark chocolate. One day I had like 4,000 cals lol! So… yeah. I saw an earlier post you had made where actress Gal Gadot
had three girls so I looked online to see what her diet was and I know that it’s not always accurate but it says how she starts her day with water and coffee and then has a Mediterranean diet for lunch and dinner. And I don’t think that the Mediterranean diet includes dairy and probably very little saturated fat.
Is gelatin the same thing as bone broth? I’m getting “type 1 & 2 grassfed bone gelatin” I’ll do bone broth in addition too though if you think it’s superior!

As long as you're getting more of your fat intake from saturated fat than you are from vegetable based fats, it's all good. I had really quite a lot of nuts and dark choc when I TTC my 3rd boy in particular, but I was also eating a lot of full fat dairy and eggs and used mostly butter for cooking too.
Gelatin and bone broth are very very similar. Either or both is fine!

There is a cold going around and I had some congestion so didn’t feel like eating a whole lot even though I still ate…
Still tweaking everything to get to get down a few lbs without freaking my body out. When I started HE I lost a few lbs in the beginning then I believe I indulged a bit too much in all this food I had been missing out on I know that’s a big risk when cutting cals on HE as you’ve repeatedly told me so I’ll be doing LH strips after lunch everyday and also being sure to pull out or deposit elsewhere… i have no tactful way of saying this so if you drink your husbands semen it has the same effect as dtd unprotected, did I read that right? I think I read that on here somewhere?? Plus extra protein
I remember when I ttc my son I had steamed cauliflower or broccoli every day for lunch with this green sriracha stuff so I’m having that every day. And blueberries! So many blueberries…

Yes that can absolutely happen so just like we talked about, skip over some of the carbier elements while still getting protein and carbs. Just choose things like fruit instead of breads and that sort of thing.
your diet looks fabulous to me! Keep it up, just not quite as much LOL.
I was speculating that might be the case. I honestly don't know for sure but that's definitely something to try if you're concerned about unprotected sex.
I also had lots of blueberries when I got DS 3 in particular. Like, several times a week, either on top of cereal or in plain yogurt. I love cauliflower and broccoli, I always have that a lot too (with boys and with girls!)
You're doing great!

I’m going to try to workout every day this week even for a couple minutes doing the hand weights, rower or kettlebell (in addition to the farm chores and riding). The soreness was much less working out every day last week then taking a couple days off over the weekend.
May be getting to a better spot in terms of eating… Just wanted to eat a wheelbarrow load of every food that was boy friendly. More is better, right? I kept buying more/ different types of dairy forms and types of nuts and types of meat and dark chocolate and eating it ALL!

Keep in mind tho that if you want muscles to grow, they also need time to rest. Exercising every single day is for pink swayers. Blue swayers should have 2 days off of deliberate exercise per week!
As long as you're not gaining weight then yes just have as much as you want. With the exceptions of times when I was trying to drop pounds, I've always just eaten mostly whatever I want when I want it, and I have four boys. Moms with all girls are often watching their weight all the time.

I will make sure to take weekends off! I have a problem with “if a little is good more must be better!”- well pretty much in everything ! Yep, I had a bad habit of skipping breakfast and too busy to bother with snacking… And it’s hard to eat too many cals on a whole food vegan diet since it’s veggies/ fruits/ beans and I can eat a TON of that food- like the same as my 250lb 6’6 husband…. Ok well not when it’s meat/ dairy/ chocolate/ nuts- just have to eat NORMAL portions! And not buy EVERY nut and dark chocolate and yogurt brand and organic grassfed dairy and every grassfed red meat under the sun! Which is easier now that it’s been a few weeks and doesn’t feel like must eat it now or never !! Finding it much easier on life to snack and eat meals than only eat at lunch and dinner and feel loads better on tea than coffee but maybe that’s a mental thing. The really funny thing is that I can easily eat all the cals that are in the 21 day meal plan and not gain weight …. Portions!
