    Tea/ milk/ date syrup
    Oats/ yogurt split in bfast and snack
    Veggies/ cauliflower/ 2 eggs/ swt potato
    Tea/ gelatin/ milk/ coconut milk
    Couple nuts bite of apple
    Beef/ veggies/ salad/ cooked carrots(for carbs)
    Berries/ Nut butter
    VitD/ prenatal/ probiotic/ folate
    Day off #2

    Going to do weights every morning this week and take weekend off! DH likes to go in the hot tub every few days (it is set to 95) when should I stop him from doing that? We are planning on ttc in June/ July.

    Daily blue log

    I don’t know if I am going to be able to keep him out! Is that a huge pink sway?

    I was reading that 95 degrees is pretty safe - and to keep it under 99…. What do you think?

    Kind of my husband is deploying so we'll be trying when he gets back. We're kind of just deciding and building habits right now and then we'll execute it while hes gone!

    Daily blue log

    I wasn’t planning on ttc till July but decided to start eating animal protein and fat because you never know when you could have surprise! Plus it feels good to take a break from being vegan and to do some weight training!

    Milk/ tea/ date syrup
    Oats/ yogurt split in bfast and snack
    2 eggs/ apple/ cauliflower
    Milk/ tea/ gelatin/ date syrup
    Mahi/ veggies in butter/ salad
    Berries/ almond butter
    Fish oil/prenatal/ probiotic/folate
    35lb kettlebell/ 10lb weights 20 mins

    I honestly can't answer that as we've never studied it in isolation. It's just something people consider as pink friendly, because it may harm sperm.

    If it's 95 and he keeps it minimal that is clearly better than hotter temps, it's just that I can't really give it my "atomic seal of approval" really.

    Daily blue log

    Milk/ tea/ syrup

    Almonds/ cheese/ carrots
    2 eggs/ cauliflower/ apple/ some almond butter banana sandwich
    Milk/ tea/ syrup
    Egg I was out of gelatin
    Eggplant/ bison/ tomato sauce/ salad
    Berries/ nut butter
    Vit D / prenatal/ probiotic/ folate
    10lb Weights workout 15 mins plus rode 4 horses and farm work! Feeling less sore now so able to work out a little easier!
    I was using goat milk yogurt it tastes like licking the floor of a petting zoo so happy it’s done with. Back to grassfed whole milk greek. It is much tastier!
    Also I eat ALOT of veggies. Like I can eat 2 lbs of steamed veggies at a sitting easily and a huge like whole serving size bowl of salad veggies is that ok as long as I’m eating meat/ dairy/ eggs and carbs?
    Re the hot tub… Usually in June and July which is when we are going to ttc if I have my cycle back by then- he doesn’t really go in the hot tub - I mean who wants to soak in 95 degree water when it is 99 degrees out and 90 percent humidity!!!
