    Whey or casein protein

Is eating whey or casein protein ok for boy sway? I was thinking of adding a scoop to morning oats. Right now I’m doing a few tbsp of gelatin but I know it isn’t a complete protein. I did want to clarify this would just be for a few weeks until I start my “official 6 week HE” and the one I am looking at is a goat whey/ casein blend with no additives or any other ingredients.

It's fine, but I don't think it's necessary unless you are sold on it.

The one you should likely avoid is the soy protein powder, the whey ones we believe to be fine, albeit not as good as unprocessed foods.

Ok I have a tiny jar to use for a few weeks before beginning my 6 weeks. I plan to only use Whole Foods during the 6 weeks- similar to my previous diet! I just wanted to cut off a few more lbs of fat first so I can see all the new muscles

Ok so this is the protein I wanted to try. I don’t plan on using during the 6 week “official” sway, so it seemingly doesn’t matter- I just want to be sure it doesn’t sway PINK!

Ok I’ll just use it up to boost protein in morning oats! I saw where male body builders have more daughters but is there anything about women weight lifters? Not like steroid use - like hobby women lifters who just do for strength/ looks. I have 1 bikini model friend she is having a boy so can really say only knowing 1. I know of a few personal trainer women who have all daughters but they take a lot of supplements. And of course hubby brings loads to the table here especially if HE is doing weights too and dipping into the special T or a lot of supplements/ protein powders/ cardio.

The problem is though that women who are super into fitness also eat very restrictive diets (and in at least some cases are taking a LOT of weird supplements too) and in many cases exercise to great extremes, many hours out of the day. They also often have such low body fat that they interfere with their menstrual cycle. So it's not something we can really look at as straightforwardly as you might think.

I believe that a reasonable healthy amount of exercise/weight lifting, while eating a good level of calories and a good amount of protein, will sway blue. Extreme exercise and a restrictive diet, will sway pink. (and that doesn't even get into the whole herbal/high dose supplements and the low body fat) We can't honestly just look at fitness trainers vs. non-fitness trainers and draw conclusions about "weights" alone because there are many other variables that come into play.
