Me again! My husband has been on these shakes for ages- is this not good for blue sway? He’s always had them to get extra protein in and likes over 100 a day so has these between gym seasons.

I am iffly on those. The pea protein and chia seed both have the potential to harm sperm health in medicinal quantities because of some chemistry in the plants themselves. It's my preference that men use whey protein if they need some sort of protein powder.

Yes absolutely fabulous for blue!! When I got my 3rd and 4th boys I often ate full fat yogurt with blueberries in it!

Sorry feel like I’m coming back everyday 😂😂 I’ve got 5% fat mince it’s higher in protein than the standard one is this ok because it’s reduced fat? It’s got 22g of protein per 100g so high protein but low fat. Also I’m day 18 today or
My cycle and haven’t ovulated… usually I’m around day 13-14. Do you think the new vitamins have extended it ? I remember when I took b6 before it did but this is just a small amount in the multivitamin you recommended not taking high dosages. Hope you’re having a lovely day!

No not at all, I'm happy to help.

Lower fat meat is absolutely fine. It's only the lowfat dairy we try to watch out for because of the negative effects on blood sugar. Lower fat meat just has less fat, it is just a leaner blend of meat and doesn't have the negative effects that lowfat dairy has.

Hmm, I can't say, but it may be that the overall changes have had an effect. It's super common to see changes in your cycle when swaying, it usually works itself out quickly and doesn't affect your sway negatively. Let me reread your thread and see what jumps out at me.

I never ovulate later than day 15 max and today is
Day 19… it’s been between 13-15 days for months even
On the “he” diet. It’s since starting the multivitamin I
Think but I don’t know if it’s a bad thing or if it’s ok. TTC next
Month so just monitoring this month so I can try and pinpoint
Ovulation but may prove tricky haha 😂
