    vinegar

    i am a boy swayer and i want to keep my blood sugar levels high
    i read somewhere that vinegar drop blood sugar levels drop
    is it correct?
    i mean the products like this one

    That's not vinegar. That is a food with some vinegar in it. It is absolutely fine to have when swaying.

    Some people were taking medicinal amounts of apple cider vinegar because it was supposed to "alkalinize" them (which is nonsense) and a medicinal amount of pure vinegar can lower blood sugar. But that doesn't apply to foods and sriracha, ketchup, pickles, mustard, etc are all fine to have with your blue sway.
