I am pregnant now but i am not sure which day is my conception day.
last cycle started 18 Dec ,
I DTD three times only CD7 CD 14 then CD 22

my positive was in 19 Jan

I went to my doctor she said no heart beat in 6 Feb

today 17 Feb is a big surprise there is a heart beat and she showed me it on screen .
and she said fetal is only 7 weeks but my in phone app it is 9 weeks
she said it is a late ovulation !

Can I ovulate in CD 22?!if that is true
can pregnancy harmone in urine appears just 10 days after conception?!

Oh gosh what a roller coaster ride! Did your doctor not do a urine test on Feb. 6? A heartbeat is not able to be found too early. Did they do a vaginal ultrasound or an abdominal ultrasound at that time? I sure hope she didn't tell you there was no baby on Feb. 6 without doing a urine test at that time.

Yes, it is absolutely possible to have ovulated CD 22. That is not even particularly unusual; ovulation anywhere from CD 10 thru CD 21 is considered completely normal and CD 22 is barely beyond that normal range. You can get a positive test 10 days after conception, and even more like 8-9 days is also possible (so the sperm could have lived another couple days inside, then found the egg) and still gotten a positive. I would operate on CD 22 as ovulation, but just saying it's not set in stone.

Use your doctor's date as she can see the development of the fetus and there is very little variation on that provided that the baby is healthy and developing normally. If for some reason the baby isn't developing normally, your due date wouldn't matter anyway because a pregnancy that was 2 weeks behind in development would not be working out. I am not saying that is happening at all, please don't worry, just that you don't need to worry about due dates in that case so either way you should just use the doctor's dates.

Just so you know this, a cycle that goes from 25-30 days is not irregular. Most people have cycles that vary a little in that range. Only if your cycle is often longer than 35 days do you start getting into the realm of irregular periods.
