Atomic or anyone who could help?

Hiya... So I eat sunrider herbal foods which are considered "high nutrition".. I know AS doesnt recommend shocking your system after building it up, as you'd probably end up in a similar condition to that which got boys.. My question is - when/how long prior to attempting should I quit the foods? I'm not keen to give them up as they make me feel so much better, but I'm willing for the sake of my girl. I have no idea how long it would take to start declining, and would a small decline from my current condition be enough? My diet will be strict LE (low cal, no meat, mainly veges and rice) ... I think it's clear to see I'm confused and a little bit concerned... Any help?

I would stop them as soon in advance as possible to allow your stores of nutrients to get depleted.

I honestly can't give you an answer on either how depleted is enough or how long it would take - the answer is probably different for every individual under the sun and I simply don't have enough data to say one way or the other anyway.
