I wish I lived in Germany and I'll be in Berlin in two weeks for a week... but that probably doesn't count! :P

Suregena, I can tell you one thing. I had my diet pretty well sorted back in the UK, but am really struggling here as a lot of the things I thought would be available aren't and the food labeling doesn't appear as complete in all cases as it is in the UK.

I was hoping that maybe other German ladies can recommend some things.

Ahhh, yes their labelling tends to stick to fat/cal/protein and a couple other stuff but pretty simple listings.

Yes, this is true. That is why I only track cals, protein, carbs and fat (don´t count potassium or sodium, although sodium is listed quite often). This is better for my sanity anyways!

So you are from the UK? What kind of things do you like to eat? I found "toffee popcorn" at "real" which I love (not much fat and protein, mostly sugar). Also I like to eat the "low fat vanille pudding" from "optiwell", I add "amarena kirschen (cherries in sugar syrup).
