Want to start my girl sway, but unsure...

I am still feeding my 15 month old and have not had AF. I was planning to have charted a few cycles before letting my husband anywhere near me, but reading about the low everything diet, I'm contemplating trying before getting AF back - as I know you can get pregnant while BF if you ovulate and catch it!
So how long would I need to be dieting? What else should I do, take into consideration? I was all set up to do the InGender diet and have already stocked up on milk, cranberries, raspberries and strawberries, tons of chicken etc. etc!!
I'm also not sure where I stand on exercise. I do a moderate amount now, I really hate full on exercise, but if I have to, I will. Just not sure where I'll fit it in with two young boys!

    Any help or advise appreciated

    welcome hun!

a couple of things to think about yes some say b/f sways pink there are a lot of us on here (me included) who have got preggie with boys whilst b/f babies younger than yours by the age of bubba i think sway would be weak. Atomic doesn't reccomend you take sp or some other sups whilst breastfeeding so you might want to wait

Diet is reccomended a minum of 6 weeks thou longer may work better we don't really know

i am same with excerise i'v ditched it cause i just can't do loads....do feel v unfit thou ;-(

good luck with what you decide there's loads of info here xx

Thanks! I hadn't considered whether BF swayed specifically, I am only feeding a couple of times a day now. I'd love to get started baby making ASAP, but I have a feeling it won't be til next year :/ So into mean time, I will just have to collect lots of info and try to plan my sway as detailed as possible
I have been reading about pH of cm.... How/what do I need to record it?!

You need to be on the diet for at least six weeks but the longer the better as it takes time for your hormone levels to change as a result. Most important things about low everything for me are low calories and low protein, keeping your blood sugar low.

    Link to diet info: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/le-d...ning-pink.html

With exercise you need to do either hardcore 6/7 days per week an hour at time or nothing - moderate exercise sways blue.

BF is most effective in swaying if your baby is 6 months or under, after that the swaying effects lessen. In my opinion you would have a better sway doing the diet whilst you wean your baby and then starting the supplements when you've finished bf'ing.

A couple of members lately have started statistics threads combining data if you want to check it to help with your decision:
