You guys, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking time from your day to write these up. They are INSANELY helpful.
Hi I am a mom of 4 girls. I was slim when I conceived my first overweight with my 2nd and 3rd and slim again when I conceived my 4th. never really had EWCM at ovulation time and my CM PH tested to be around a 4-5 .oh and I have PCOS and as far as I can remember always had hair in unwanted places which means I must have a higher then normal testosterone level.
this is a really useful thread
DD #1 conceived first month after stopping pill.
My other DD's I believe were conceived cause I have low PH and DH has low testosterone level.
Going low periods of abstinence and then BDing once 1-2 days before O.
Last DD - Long time with no BD and then BD once 1 day after O.
This was the first time I had attempt to "sway" a little bit. She is my Shettles opposite.
thanks for these tips
With my daughter I was drinking a ton of cranberry juice and taking A LOT of cranberry pills. I wasn't eating any sweets or adding salt/ eating salty things. I don't eat meat anyway. I had lost a few pounds. That's about it. The only thing I can think that sway girl is losing weight and taking all the cranberry. I had taken Vitex for months prior to conception and then switched to Soy the month of my bfp. This is pretty much what my meals looked like every day...
Breakfast- Rice Krispies with whole milk, yogurt, or a whole wheat bagel and cream cheese
Snack- Yogurt, strawberries, or a big glass of milk
Lunch- Peanut butter and sugar free strawberry jelly sandwich on wheat bread and milk
Snack- Usually more yogurt and cranberry juice
Dinner- Whatever I made for everyone else minus the meat. Usually a veggie (green beans, carrots, peas, beans, or corn) with some type of potato, noodles, or rice. I would also eat all types of sauces for dinner. Had this with tap water.
Snack after dinner was normally just a big glass of cranberry juice and sometimes a hot pocket or soup.
MD, I think the vitex and then switching to soy, helped more than you know. In fact I have advised quite a few people to do that based on your experience!!!
DK if you remember Arabeth from IG but she did the exact same thing, took vitex for several months nonstop and then switched to Clomid rather than soy and also conceived a girl.
I know I was trying to do that this time and took it for 8 months but didn't get pregnant :( i think I may go back on again for another few months and see what happens?
Yeah, so many people have had trouble getting pg on vitex, that's why I say to take it 2 W on and 2 w off. good luck.
