    Wink KY vs RePhresh?

    Can anyone tell me which is the best for a girl sway as I have read both seem to help?

    RepHresh - you use it every 3 days and it keeps on working in between to lower pH to 4.5

    I used rephresh, especially as you can use it (as raindow flower said) alongside using either acijel or sylk as a lube at dtd for double the effect

    I'd say go with Rephresh. With my second son I knew a little about swaying, but decided to leave it in God's hand. I did try to do just a little though, cranberry juice and I also used KY. Well, I had a boy... I'm definitely going to use Rephresh, it seems to take the guessing out of the pH issue and I'm not one who can bother to keep checking for pH everyday.

    Both can help but I feel RepHresh is better.
