    Great thank you! I have one little one so i am chasing him about �� but I am a nurse i work long shifts but only part time. I try to walk but going to make sure i walk 60 mins a day wnen i am not at work.

    Re: yoga, if I complement it with 60min of cardio - is that ok? I would follow everything else LE.

    And sorry the type of yoga I do does ‘tone’, I follow Tara Stiles and do her yoga (she had a girl and is vegetarian, seems relaxed, is on the go a lot and I think doesn’t eat a lot)….

    I prefer you guys do just cardio but if you can't live without it, as long as you've lost weight on a lower protein, lower cal diet and are doing at least 4 hours of straight cardio a week we think it's fine to add on a little toning. Just don't gain weight when doing it!
