Hi ladies, just after some advice about my diet really...
We will be ttc pink in about August after my son was born last May. Before getting pg I started having breakfast and continued throughout pg and bf. For the last 8 or so weeks I've slipped back into skipping breakfast completely or not eating it till very late. I know that the LE diet wants you in declining condition so shall I continue skipping breakfast or is it too early now?! (My mum never ate breakfast and she got me ...)
Also when I got my bfp I decided my salt in take was way too high (used a tonne in cooking, seasoned food again after etc) so started cutting it. I now don't really add it to anything (except chips/ fries!!) as I find I can taste the natural saltiness of foods. It's also had the knock on effect that I'm eating less processed meat (eg ham, salami etc) as I just find them too salty.
I guess I'm asking if now is too early to be making dietary adjustments for the LE diet and it's better to 'shock' my body 6 weeks prior or if it's ok to continue with these changes now...?
Thanks (and apologies for long post!)x x x

those changes sound fine early on. Sodium intake *might* not sway anyway, and your body getting used to skipping breakfast won't harm a sway as this will be what most girl mums have always done and will be more about low blood glucose (due to fasting) than reducing nutrients

Yes, I think those things are great changes to make now. I've been underwhelmed with the "shock to the system" approach - slow and steady for longer seems to be having more effect.

you could try vitex to get cycles to return. Many have tried this when BF or afterwards
I wouldn't worry that you've always skipped breakfast/not snacked, perhaps that just means that lower blood glucose doesn't sway as much for your developing embryos
I wouldn't encourage smoking... it's not worth permanently damaging your (or his) health for a sway and there are other safer ways to lower sperm count

Also I would ttake a zytrec or somethin g to dry up cm, my mother in law as 3 girls out of 5 kids, and I noticed when she conceived her girls was during the time of season when she gets allergies and so she would take her allergie pills daily, also she always kept her calories low and was alway's trying to maitain her weight , you never know for you it could be simply making your cm very hostile if you pretty much sip brekkie and don't snack so that might be a good change for you. You just never know.
