This makes me worry, I probably drink around 6 cans of diet pop a day. I always have done. It has always been a bit of a worry for me since most of my girl mom friends don't drink it. Eek.

English, I really, really think you are looking for things to worry about. It is not uncommon with us pink swayers that as the time of attempt gets closer and closer our minds will race until we find something to worry about. It's because the worrying is something we feel in control of and so we do it in order to feel like we are hunting down all possible variables and beating them into a bloody pulp and that will make our sway succeed. But it doesn't work that way, no matter what there is somewhere between 20-30% opposites even with the most ideal of sways (and your sway is already strong due to the medication you're on anyway)
When I say cray people with the aspartame, I'm not even talking about 6 cans a day (I have done that sometimes over my life, it's really quite easy to do and many do it). I am talking about people drinking a 12 pack of pop, a gallon of Crystal Light kept at room temp for a week with MORE aspartame mixed into it, putting 6 packets of Equal in water and forcing it down, that kind of thing. And it may have nothing to do with aspartame anyway - it is just as likely if not very much more so that it's the type of personality who is so determined to get a girl, good sense be damned, that they'd even consider doing something like this let alone the doggedness it requires to maintain such an intense regimen of aspartame use.

Ok, I'll try and stop being a crazy person obsessing. I feel like my diet is going downhill, my dh is fed up of eating LE foods along with me so he ends up making something different and I end up having that too cos I've no willpower. I'm sticking to 2/3 meals a day and no snacking along with the long overnight fast but I really don't feel great about my diet now. Less than 4 weeks to go and I'm not going to lie I've thought more than a few times about putting back our attempt but my husband won't hear of it!

But remember, the Metformin makes up for so much! And when we've discussed your diet, it was fine - nothing was even wrong with it!!

Until BFP. Don't go off and on the diet after ovulation. You need to go onto the diet and stay on it till you're looking at a positive pregnancy test. If you're having trouble sticking to the diet or losing too much weight, we can adjust the diet limits till you find something you can live with!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
