Do i stand a chance of swaying pink with high PH of 6.5??!

I know there are ways of lowering ph - but i've already been on LE diet for 4 weeks, consuming lots of splenda and aspartame and occasionally using replens and still have PH 6.5!
Any advice? Thank you ladies. Really wanting to make first attempt in next couple of weeks...

I'm going to move this to the main TTC a girl section. Have you tried a douche/gel or baby aspirin?

My pH is still coming up rather high too during O despite drinking diet coke and crystal light like water. I tested cm while still bf-ing and my ph was at a 5. When I ovulated earlier this week it was at a 7.

My plan is to start baby aspirin next week and keep taking it until BFP. I also bought aci-jel and rephresh to help pull those numbers down. I really hope I didn't wait too long to start baby aspirin. My attempt is in about 1 month as you can see from my ticker. Hope this helps you.

Frustrating isn't it?? I haven't managed to get hold of aci gel or rephresh as I live in Spain but could try the baby aspirin, thanks. How much do you take and when? I've also bought antihistamine for prior to bd and have been using replens and lime occasionally too. Fingers crossed for us both x

I'd get checked to rule out vaginal infection - your pH should not be that high except at ovulation, typically.

My other thought is that the Replens is causing a pH backlash...sometimes when your body doesn't "like" one of the jellies, it tries to wash it away and that may make pH go up.

I don't think pH sways much if at all anyway (I've seen tons of pH opposites both ways, and got a 4th boy with pH of 4.5 for months before I got pg and my pH didn't ever vary or fluctuate till after I was already pg - and I was checking it 2-3 times a day) and you can read about the science here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html

I think you should start a separate thread for htis so more people can help you...I know that aspirin is def. available in the UK but you may have to send away for the other stuff.

Lime can also cause pH spikes.
