Girl diet food
Sorry for another question Atomic.
I am having full fat dairy (milk, yoghurt, ice cream and cheese) as you suggested and I was just wondering the reasoning behind full fat over low fat. I’ve always had low fat everything and wow full fat is so nice! I don’t mind either way, I’m just curious to know if it’s a girl diet thing or a thing you recommend due to me not ovulating.
Also, is eating Chinese food ok? I’ve been having mixed vegies in garlic sauce on rice from Chinese take away a bit lately and wondered whether it’s a good idea or not! There vegies just taste so much better than the ones I cook ha! I do remember reading something about avoiding garlic on girl diet though?
Thanks

It is because you aren't ovulating. Dairy fat is GREAT for helping conception.
And actually many people who have severe PCOS have to use only full fat dairy because skim dairy can be really hard on blood sugar levels and may aggravate their PCO-tendencies.
So full fat dairy is something that can be used in moderation for a couple different reasons on the TTC a girl diet.
yes Chinese food is great. The whole "avoid garlic" notion was one of those things that was in the old school diets so I kept it since it seemed harmless (at the start, I worried I'd have a really hard time convincing people to try this newfangled diet so tried to keep much the same) It's highly unlikely that something as ubiquitous as garlic could possibly sway.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
