Awesome! Thank you! It has really helped working a treat in at night that is still in range for my nutrients! Love it! After I'm PG & birth my baby girl....thinking positive ;).......I really may look into a mostly vegetarian diet. I wonder if my previously high protein diet caused my body to not only store more muscle but fat with it? I love reading all of the research on here! Atomic you are a hard working woman & I am so thankful for your hard work!
You're very welcome!
The nice thing is that the LE Diet has actually been kind of a good way for some of us to lose weight regardless of swaying. Some diets are so restrictive and put so much emphasis on "healthy" eating that you feel deprived, when it's really calories in, calories out and you don't have to NEVER eat a goodie, just in moderation. :) I'm going to go back on it after I have the baby.
Can you do the LE diet after baby if you plan on breast feeding?
With modification, you can. You'd obviously take a multivitamin and include more protein and fat.
Just out of curiosity, and since we're on the topic anyway, what would you recommend for calorie/protein/fat intake for a BF Mom just trying to lose weight? Is the low blood sugar a factor in the weight loss, or could I eat small snacks throughout the day as long as I stay within the guidelines? I think the diet will be even easier to follow if I can have an apple or something everytime I'm hungry!
I credit it all to diet - I lost about 25 lbs (and I wasn't big to begin with), and the not snacking was a major lifestyle change for me. Good luck with your sway!
Mocha- your little girl is so beautiful! What a nice 3-D shot.
