I credit it all to diet - I lost about 25 lbs (and I wasn't big to begin with), and the not snacking was a major lifestyle change for me. Good luck with your sway!

Just out of curiosity, and since we're on the topic anyway, what would you recommend for calorie/protein/fat intake for a BF Mom just trying to lose weight? Is the low blood sugar a factor in the weight loss, or could I eat small snacks throughout the day as long as I stay within the guidelines? I think the diet will be even easier to follow if I can have an apple or something everytime I'm hungry!

It depends on what works for you. If snacking keeps you from cheating, then snack away. Personally for me, I do better when I eat fewer meals becasue every time I eat, I risk overeating. I think that's one of those things that may be individual.
