    Awww...thanks, myGirl! They gave me a CD with 25 shots, and this one wasn't one of the ones they printed out for me - but I think it's my favourite .

    It depends on what works for you. If snacking keeps you from cheating, then snack away. Personally for me, I do better when I eat fewer meals becasue every time I eat, I risk overeating. I think that's one of those things that may be individual.
