Sleeping and Testosterone.
D/h and I have been together for 13 years and married for 6. In the years before we got married we would dtd every day sometimes twice a day.. After we got married its been 5 times a week pretty much every week. Since ds2 has been born and hes 9 months old now I have had hardly any sleep he is a SHOCKING sleeper and terrible the last couple of weeks with teething and d/h and I would be lucky to dtd 5 times a month!!! I just cant be bothered no sex drive AT ALL! So less sleep must make your testosterone level low!!

It does sound like it would be a good thing to add to a sway. I just can't do it myself. If I don't get 8-9 hours at night I'm useless. I guess could compensate with loads of coffee though lol.

I get no sleep. Up with baby all night. But he slept through last night arghh. But generally I get five, six broken hours of sleep.

This makes me wonder if trying to sway now while I'm still sleep deprived with a new baby would be a good thing? Or is it better to wait?
