that's a good point twosweetlads - I suppose we can use the Heinz baby chicken stock and so on, as they add barely any salt to that
I use Kallo very low salt also in waitrose they are even lower than heinz ones. I also eat the goodie bars (baby ones) they are no salt and sugar but do have oats it depends on how strict you want to be. Also weight watchers bread wraps are quite low salt. I don't eat them now but i used to eat shape fuller for longer yogurts stawberry and raspberry as they are full of aspartame and fat free.
If i remember any thing else I will let you know. I also used to use organic half fat creme fraiche a lot as a sauce from tesco.

I tried actimel fat free strawberry drink today, it was actually really nice! Or maybe that's just because anything different tastes good! And also jarksberg low fat version cheese which is low in salt.
I was going to suggest actimel fat free yogurts Swish, they taste quite nice don't they? They're fat free and have no geletin in them (suitable for vegetarians) but I was going to check what the 'good digestion' stuff is they have in them.

Oh, and feel free to use code 'SP5' for 5% off at www.accessdiagnostics.co.uk - they emailed it to me following my order and said to share it, valid until the end of June :D

PS - pregnancy tests, OPKs, pH strips etc. on that site.
not sure if these are massively girl-friendly or not, but Rowntrees do a jelly pot which is just 10 calories!
Bad, bad food day!!! Had pizza express for lunch, I did opt for the light pizza with salad in the middle so don't feel too bad. It was seriously delicious!!! Be good tomorrow!
You're only human Swish, glad you enjoyed it!
I asked Atomic about both Muller Light yogurts and Activia Fat Free yogurts - both are fine on the low everything diet. I can recommend Muller Light in Raspberry and Cranberry and the Activia Fat Free in Raspberry. Yum, yum!
I will start the diet on Tuesday so will need to go shopping before then. I'm looking forward to it and dreading it in equal measure ...
