Got my chitosan in the post today BUT it is 700mg chitosan, 50 mg gymnaema sylvestre extract, 40mg vitamin c, 60 ug chromium. Do you think that's ok or did I get the wrong thing? Thanks

It would be best if it was JUST chitosan, those other ingredients are said to help with weight loss but I don't think they're the greatest for a pink sway.

Thank you, might just ditch the whole thing, don't need to lose any more weight, I was more looking fir a fibre aid!!!!

In that case it's fine to go for some other type of fiber supp, just to help with regularity and getting rid of the fat-soluble vitamins.

I just noticed that the link says chitosan plus vitamin c - but I'm pretty sure they don't have that added! Anybody know what Dicalcium Phosphate is? I think it's just something used to put it into tablet form but now I wonder ... 2005 2007 2009 2012

This is the same one I have!!! Doesn't say vit c on bottle, stomach's going a bit crazy today so not sure if it might be chitosan, have given it a miss today!
