Agnus Castus/Vitex - more cervical mucas???
Hi
Its my first month of trying AC for my short LP. Id read good things of it helping and as its girl friendly I started to take it this month. I am 100% getting more cervical mucas than usual though. Is this normal? Surely this is boy friendly?
Thanks x

We don't honestly know how this all works and I really just can't answer your question. Vitex seems to affect different people differently, while vitex makes most people dryer, a few have reported more CM. Additionally there are people who get girls with lots of CM and I know for a fact I got my 4th boy in a month where i had so little CM I did not even know I ovulated despite checking my pH 2-3 times a day (and was not using any jellies, etc). So we just can't hang too much on presence/absence of CM - we ~guess~ that more fertile CM = more boys, but we don't KNOW this, and also there may very well be microscopic differences in CM that we can't detect with the naked eye that are actually what is doing the swaying anyway.

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
