Brisk walking
This last week I have started brisk walking 5 miles most days, It takes me 1hour and 20 minutes to complete, would this be enough exercise for the girl sway plan? Previously I had been doing my exercise DVD a couple of times a week. I'm really enjoying the walking and if I thought it was going to help me sway pink it would be even better!

That's more than I was doing! Just make sure you're doing it 5 days a week and that should be a great addition to your pink sway.

yes I believe that sways pink as long as you're losing at least a little weight and eating lower protein.

I'm trying to lose weight at mo and walking definitely helping, will buy plan mid July and start LE diet etc from then aiming to start girl sway October, feel good starting on right track with my most days walks!!
