Well it looks like a BFP my first month trying! I wasn't expecting it this soon! But I think I had a decent sway. I didn't do everything. But this was what I did.
DH was dieting and lost about 30lbs (no weight lifting) in the last 3-4 months. I've been dieting and exercising and have lost 20 lbs in 3 months. I was doing a mix of cardio and a little weights though. I was on 1600 mcg folic acid, no prenatal. DH on Allegra d me on Zyrtec daily. And we did 1 attempt after AF and then 6 days later did another attempt since I was really hungover in between that. 😁 So I think it was only 1 attempt during my fertile period. Does that sound like a decent sway?

What's a good test? Are the digital ones more sensitive? It is still very faint this morning. DH wants more proof?? 😄

Can anyone tell me if I should still be taking folic acid now that I'm back on my prenatal? I was only taking 1600 mcg of folic acid while ttc. Can I just stop it and take my prenatal or do I wean myself off of it?

I just read that coming off the bcp and conceiving right away sways pink?? Is this true? I didn't realize that! Hopefully since I was only off bcp for about 2-3 weeks before i conceived I just might have a chance! Sorry for all the questions I'm just in shock still and this will be my last baby!

you need to continue the higher dose folic thru the entire first trimester and then gradually wean off.
