Have you read about the LE diet? Atomic, this is one of my HT gals. If you could respond and help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Le diet for 3 months, cardio only 5-7 days a week for a minimum of one hour per day (for 8 weeks,) one attempt at +OPK, fiber supps before meals, baby aspirin every 3 days.

Worked for me!

Oh, and what was different? Skipping breakfast, the one attempt, vegetarian, no prenatals, intense cardio so often without any weights. One attempt was a huge difference for me, as well. All the boys had been conceived o 3 attempts.

I did just about everything different. No super healthy foods, dieting on poor nutritious food, lots of diet coke and noodles, rice and low nutritious carbs, I didn't exercise but heard it is resulting in girls, no pre-natal vitamins. Vitex, SP, Clomid (tried on 1 cycle), BD on +O test, Aspirin, cranberry and Isoflavones (short term for this one) for DH, Sudafed for him, Zyrtec for me and Rephresh 10 hrs before DTD. Ah, and Folic Acid for DH and I. In a nutshell that's it

Thanks NBP, yeah I know lots about LE but I don't think I'm prepared to sway hardcore again. It is more the odd bits and bobs people did differently.
