    rephresh and cm?

This is my first month trying rephresh, and I've got no cm when I expect I should.
Usually I have 3-4 days of heavy cm starting around cd 10, with a +OPK on day 3 of cm. This month, I'm on cd 12 and nothing. Wondering if the rephresh could be interfering? Ugh! You'd think by cycle 6 of TTC, I'd know when to dtd, but it's different every cycle.

I realized there is a reduction of cm and no more EWCM after I took antihistamines and drank peppermint tea daily.

I've been using rePhresh since right after AF and dried up as well. I'm
Not taking anytbjng else that would do this.
On my positive opk I only had cm when I wiped (tmi) and it was ewcm mixed in with the rePhresh. But that was once when I went to the bathroom outta the whole week. Hope this helps

Well, the RepHresh can mess with CM but it's usually just that it makes goopiness and it's hard to tell about the CM. I wonder if O is delayed?

Thanks all! I'm not doing any antihistamines or pep tea.
Finally got some cm today, though way less than usual. Oh well. As long as it sways pink to have less, I guess I'm okay. It's possibly O is delayed. I'm gonna hold off dtd a *little* longer. Then probably try for a couple attempts 3-4 days apart.

the month I got Suzy it took some time to get rolling, then I had it for 2-3 days after?? It was really bizarre. As long as there's some, you're in with a chance.

ok my next question is, why are you adding in Rephresh now though?? I know we've been at this for awhile and normally, I would be having people drop that at this stage.
